Mankato Informational Meeting-2nd Thursday of every month at 7:00 p.m.
Red Wing Informational Meeting-3rd Tuesday of every month at 6:00 p.m.
Retiree Meeting St. Paul office-4th Wednesday of every month at 1:00 p.m.

Vacation Account - Two Types of Payouts

Automatic Payout - Applications for your vacation payout will be mailed to you around October 15th of each year from Zenith Administrators.  In order to receive your vacation check, you must fill out the form according to the directiions and return it to Zenith before the deadline in order to receive your check in December.  This check will pay you only for the time period of may of the previous year to May of the current year.
Special Payout - You are entitled to ONE special payout per calendar year.  You must fill out a special payout form on or before the 25th of each month to receive your check the following month.  A $7.00 service fee will be charged and will be taken off the top of your check amount.  You will receive all funds in your account minus the $7.00.  There are no special payouts in the month of December.  Forms are available in the office.

How To Join A Union

You must apply directly with a Union Contractor, by filling out an application at their offices.  Once you are hired and start work, call our office at 651-487-1070 and a Business Agent will stop at your job site to sign you up to the Union.  Initiation to join the Union is $450.00 plus the 1st months dues of 29.00.

6th Annual Laborers' Ride for Charity

OVER THE PAST 5 YEARS, THIS EVENT HAS GENERATED OVER $25,000 FOR THE RONALD MCDONALD HOUSE OF THE TWIN CITIES. THE ORGANIZERS ARE COMMITTED TO MAKING IT EVEN BIGGER IN 2009. MONEY RAISED COMES FROM REGISTRATION FEES FROM RIDERS, AS WELL AS CONTRIBUTIONS FROM SIGNATORY CONTRACTORS, THE LABORERS' DISTRICT COUNCIL, LABORERS LOCAL 132 AND 563, LECET AND OTHERS. PROCEEDS HELP PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO FAMILIES WITH SERIOUSLY ILL CHILDREN THROUGH THE RONALD MCDONALD HOUSE CHARITIES.

 THE DAY INCLUDES THE MOTORCYCLE RIDE, FOLLOWED BY A BBQ WITH RAFFLE PRIZE DRAWINGS AT THE
LABORERS' TRAINING CENTER FACILITY IN LINO LAKES, MN.

• Cost:  $20.00 for single riders/ $30.00 with passenger
• Make checks payable to:  Laborers' Ride for Charity
• T-Shirts will be given out to the first 50 registrations
• Bandanas for the first 100 riders

Registration will take place between 8:00 & 9:30 am at the Laborers' Training Center located in Lino Lakes, MN.  A map of the planned route will be available when you check-in.  Beverages will be provided throughout registration for all participants.

The laborers' organization noted above did not select and are not supervising the route of the RUN nor are they reviewing the qualifications of any of the participants.  Each participant must have an appropriate Minnesota license and liability insurance.  the Laborers' organizations will not be responsible for any injuries or damages suffered by or caused by any person as the result of a participant's actions or failure to act.  By completing the registration form below and participating in the RUN, you accept all of these conditions, release the laborers' organization from any liability related to the RUN, and acknowledge that during the RUN you will comply with all applicable laws.
