This Scholarship is a partial scholarship that is awarded by the Mike Quevedo Sr. Scholarship Fund to be applied toward the tuition, books, and materials of the selected recipient for the Fall 2014-Spring 2015 school year. If you wish to apply, complete the form below, and carefully follow the enclosed Contest Rules and Application Instructions. Any applications that are incomplete at the close of the contest will be disqualified. Please note that the Fund and the Scholarship Selection Committee will hold all information in this application in strict confidence.
