Thank you for all of your efforts to protect LIUNA members' pay! The comment period for the Department of Labor's historic proposed update has ended and LIUNA submitted more than 35,000 comments. Each and every one of you should be proud of these results.

The Biden Administration and the Labor Department under LIUNA Brother, Secretary Marty Walsh have been the strongest of allies and we are grateful for their commitment to strengthening Davis-Bacon prevailing wages. We hope to see the proposed changes finalized quickly so that the DOL can ramp up enforcement on law-breaking contractors, stop wage theft, implement anti-retaliation protections, and return to the more fair and accurate three-step method in setting wages.

With the robust advocacy of tens of thousands of LIUNA members and leaders, I have no doubt the Administration has all the support they need to implement these landmark changes.
